2. Operation Instruction
- Flow ON: Rotate the handle 90° parallel to the valve body, the pipeline will be fully open for fluid circulation.
- Flow OFF: Rotate the handle 90° perpendicular to the valve body to completely cut off liquid/gas flow.
- Operation Notice: Do not use wrench or heavy tools to twist the handle violently, it will cause thread sliding and valve damage.
- Pressure Limit: Do not exceed PN63 working pressure to avoid seal failure and leakage.
3. Application Scope
Suitable for controlling flow of water, air, oil and weak corrosive liquid. Widely matched with water heater, bathroom plumbing, pneumatic equipment, small industrial machinery, laboratory pipeline and garden irrigation system.
4. Maintenance Tips
- If leakage occurs after long-term use, replace the internal PTFE sealing ring.
- Regularly clean the valve cavity to avoid impurity blockage affecting sealing performance.
- For corrosive medium, select 316 stainless steel model for longer service life.
